This is a Viking Glass #7284 Bear Paperweight. Shown in the 1972-1973 catalogs. He is a strange looking bear, but that is what the catalog calls him. It has the Viking sticker attached. There is a very slight, very small rough spot on one ear. I can feel it, but I can't see it. There are no chips, cracks, or other issues. He is almost 4 1/2 inches tall, about 2 3/4 inches at the widest.
