Blenko Glass wavy zig zag vase # 9616S in crystal, designed by Hank Adams and added to the Blenko line in 1996. hand blown in West Virginia.
Still has the square Blenko sticker as well as the item number tag.
Clean, no chips or cracks. Slight dark spot on the pontil from where the pontil was torched. This is common
7-1/2" Tall, body is 6" by 3-1/4".
