Blenko Glass #823 Duck Paperweight Crystal with Antique Green Head. The duck was designed by Don Shepherd and added to the catalog in 1982. It's about 6 inches long and 4 inches tall to the top of the head. The bottom is ground. There are no chips, cracks or other issues.
