Blenko Glass #6323-M Turquoise Vase. Designed by Wayne Husted and added to the catalog in 1963. The vase is 9 inches tall and about 5 1/2 inches at the widest part. There is one small air bubble in the glass. The pontil mark is very rough and there is shelf wear on the bottom. No chips, cracks, or staining.
