Blenko Glass Cobalt Blue #912-S Vase. Design by Hank Adams and added to the line in 1991. The vase 7 3/4 inches tall and about 5 inches in diameter at the widest. There are a couple small light scratches near the shoulder, very minor and shelf wear on the bottom. There are no chips, cracks, or water damage. The pontil mark is fire polished.
