Blenko Glass 2015 Festival of Glass FOG Vase. Designed by Arlon Bayliss and named "Light Ripples". The vase is crystal with seabreeze and kiwi applied cobweb. It is 9 1/2 inches tall. It's stamped Blenko 2015 and FOG on the bottom. It has a fire polished pontil mark. There are no chips, cracks, or other issues.
